A Wenpet Retreat will help you:

 

• completely relax far from the stresses of modern life.

• gain clarity on specific problems you may have in your life at the moment.

• free yourself from fears and anxiety.

• develop greater awareness of Self.

• bring back the fun into your life.

In order that each individual receives the help and guidance they are looking for, we limit our retreats to a maximum of four people. 

 

A typical day on a retreat runs from 8.30am until lunch time and might include:

 

- Meditation session (outside, weather permitting) 

- Personal development activities

- Short refreshment break

- Group discussion

- Joint preparation of healthy home-cooked vegetarian lunches

 

* Please note that breakfast and evening meals are on a self catering basis. Supplies can be found at our nearest village, Villefranche-d'Albigeois, a 5 minute drive.  If you are not coming with your own transport, we will happily drive you to the village.

 

Afternoons are free to spend as you wish and there will be one full day off during the retreat. There is plenty to see and do at the farm and in the local area. Some of the possibilities are:

 

• Relaxing in the garden and pool

• Walking through the woods and fields

• Visiting the historic town of Albi (20 minutes' drive)

• Canoe trip down the River Tarn (5 minutes' drive)

 

We also offer the following 'optional extras' which can be booked during your stay:

 

• Reiki Treatment – (1 - £30pp)

• Chakra Scanning – (30 minutes - £15pp)

• Initiation into Reiki 1, 2, and Master (Information on request)

• Leather workshop (2 hours - £20pp)​

​** Each person participating in one of our retreats will be offered a one-on-one session on one of the afternoons. This is a relaxtion treatment which combines our 20 years' experience in Reiki with other methods we have developed ourselves over the past 20 years. The treatment will be followed by a consultation and feedback. We have a great deal of experience in this type of work and you may be surprised at the results.
